FUNDING AND REBATE OPTIONS

Fluent Minds Speech Pathology is able to see children and young adults who have an NDIS plan where their funds are ‘Self Managed’ or ‘Plan Managed’. Unfortunately, we are currently not a registered NDIS Provider and are not able to see children who are ‘NDIA Managed’.

You can ask your GP to provide you with a 'Chronic Disease Management Plan’ (CDM). This will provide you with five Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year. Talk to your GP for more information.

Your private health insurance may entitle you to a rebate for Speech Pathology services. Contact your insurer for more information.
